I’m Kathryn and my passion is health and fitness. Over the years I have gained knowledge and experience across a broad range of related disciplines, but my focus naturally shifted towards Pilates after teaching my first class in 2013.

Since then, I have taught clients with a wide range of needs and abilities, from older adults wanting to improve strength and balance, to those recovering from injury, to very active people looking to prevent injury and move more freely.

My studio is a calm and welcoming space where you can switch off from the stresses of everyday life and take some time for yourself. Every Pilates programme is tailored to you, your goals, and how your body feels on the day.

I offer one to one sessions on the reformer, tower, or mat, as well as small group mat classes. Whether your aim is to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply feel better in your body, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, calmer, and more confident.

“Kathryn has been my personal Pilates teacher for approximately 10 years.  Initially, she visited my house weekly for sessions.

Before Covid she also taught 2 classes at my workplace, having set up our lunchtime Pilates scheme from scratch.  Unfortunately lockdown prevented this being continued but Kathryn taught me virtually on a personal basis throughout lockdown and ever since.
